You can subscribe to our newsletters easily, at the bottom of every page on our website there is a place to enter your e-mail address. Once you have done this, you will be subscribed to our newsletter mailing list. We will then periodically send you our marketing newsletters.

Placing an order on our website

When signing up to our newsletter.

We use MailChimp to handle our subscribers data and to send e-mails to our customers who have opted in to receiving marketing e-mails. Data sent to MailChimp from us, is just your e-mail address. You can also provide your first name and last name if you wish to during the sign up process when your subscription is confirmed. MailChimp will handle your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and you can view MailChimp's Privacy Policy here.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Payments
